    Protocol

    Specificity / Sensitivity

ZNF185 (E6W4I) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total ZNF185 protein.

    Species Reactivity:

    Human

    Source / Purification

Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly50 of human ZNF185 protein.

    Background

Zinc finger protein 185 (ZNF185) is an actin cytoskeleton-associated protein that regulates anchorage dependent growth of prostate cancer cells (1). ZNF185 expression is regulated by p63 and p53 (2,3). ZNF185 localization and expression was found to have prognostic value in epithelial cancer and pancreatic ductal carcinoma (2,4), and its overexpression reduces proliferation and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells (5).

    Alternate Names
