Western blot analysis of NK92 using Jak3 (D1H3) Rabbit mAb #8827 (upper) and HeLa cells using Β-Actin (D6A8) Rabbit mAb #8457 (lower), with #14708 as the secondary antibody. Gels were probed with Streptavidin-HRP #3999 for one hour after secondary incubation in order to detect biotinylated proteins.
Affinity purified goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody is conjugated to biotin. This product has been optimized for use as a secondary antibody in western blotting applications.
Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody.
Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), (Biotinylated) reacts with the heavy and light chains of most rabbit immunoglobulins. Less than 1% cross-reactivity is observed with immunoglobulins from other species.
Biotinylated anti-species IgG conjugated antibodies enable signal amplification and are ideal for detecting lower expressing proteins.
