Our Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (587F11) Mouse mAb #4051 detects over-expressed PKC alpha and beta but does not detect endogenous PKC in the models tested. Our Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (193H12) Rabbit mAb #4058 does not detect over-expressed or endogenous PKC alpha and beta.
Our Akt (pan) (C67E7) Rabbit mAb #4691 does not detect over-expressed or endogenous levels of PKC.

Our Phospho-Akt (Thr308) (C31E5E) Rabbit mAb #2965 detects over-expressed levels of PKCalpha and beta.
