Are the -20C components within the CUT&RUN Assay Kit #86652 stable to use if they have been stored at 4C for a period of time?

Upon arrival of the kit to your facility, the components should be broken down and stored at their recommended temperatures. We have conducted stability tests for a few components of the kit and found a decrease in signal when using Digitonin Solution kept at 4C. We have never tested Spermidine nor 4X Stop Buffer for 4C stability therefore we do not have any definitive data, however we believe these components could become inactive if kept above -20C for prolonged periods of time.
