Do I have to add both the Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (100X) #5871 and PMSF #8553 to fractions made with the Cell Fractionation Kit #9038?

It is important to use fresh protease inhibitors when generating your samples, as they inhibit endogenous proteases. We also recommend adding PMSF to your samples, as it is a specific inhibitor of serine protease degradation.
