Do your total p53 antibodies detect mutant p53?

We have not tested the ability of our total p53 antibodies to bind various p53 mutant proteins. All of our p53 antibodies are produced using antigens designed while referencing wild-type human or mouse p53 (UniProt sequences P04637 or P02340).
