Is my instrument compatible with the SignalStar™ assay?

The BOND RX autostainer by Leica Biosystems is currently the only autostaining instrument for which there is an optimized SignalStar protocol. SignalStar Multiplex IHC Kits & Reagents have not been validated for use on other staining instruments.

SignalStar Multiplex IHC Kits & Reagents are compatible with most fluorescent imaging instruments. Please contact your imaging instrument provider and provide them with the SignalStar Fluorophore Compatibility Table shown below to confirm you have the appropriate instrumentation and filter sets.
