Which Lck antibody do you suggest for my western blot experiment?
We have several Lck antibodies validated for use in western blotting applications. They are as follows:
- Lck Antibody #2752
- Lck (L22B1) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody #2657
- Lck (D88) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody #2984
- Lck (73A5) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody #2787
- Lck (V49) Antibody #2714
- Phospho-Lck (Tyr505) Antibody #2751
- Phospho-Lck (Tyr505) (E3Z5E) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody #37458
A side-by-side comparison of these Lck antibodies has been performed (data available upon request). For total protein detection, Lck (D88) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody #2984 produced the strongest signal in western blotting. For detecting phosphorylation at Tyr505, Phospho-Lck (Tyr505) (E3Z5E) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody #37458 produced the strongest signal in western blotting.
Please note that signal strength in western blot does not necessarily correlate with antibody performance in other applications. If you have questions about choosing a Lck antibody for an application other than western blot, please reach out to CST Technical Support.
