My order was shipped on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. Should I be concerned?

For our US based customers, no, there's no need for concern. Many CST products can be safely shipped on Fridays for delivery on Monday.

• Products that can be maintained at the correct storage temperature will be held over the weekend by our carrier in a temperature-controlled environment until they are ready to be delivered on Monday.
• If you received an antibody at room temperature, rest assured that it has passed stability testing and that the antibody performance is still optimal.

Once your shipment is received, please store the antibody according to the instructions provided on the product datasheet.
