What are the three bands detected by western blot with your VHL Antibody #68547?

Please see Maniaci, C. et al. (2017) Nat. Commun. 8, 830 (PMID: 29018234; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29018234/) and Frost, J. et al. (2021) J. Biol. Chem. 297, 100910 (PMID: 34174286; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34174286/).  Both papers show that (1) #68547 detects three bands and (2) all 3 bands are depleted with siRNA treatment.  The bottom two bands represent the VHL30 and VHL19 isoforms.  The top band may represent post-translationally modified VHL30.
