Which of your epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibodies will avoid competition with Cetuximab binding?

Cetuximab binds to extracellular domain III of human epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor, which represents amino acids 310-480. The best antibody product in our catalog with a known binding epitope outside this region, which therefore would not compete with Cetuximab binding, is EGF Receptor (D38B1) XP® Rabbit mAb #4267. The binding epitope of #4267 targets a region within the cytoplasmic domain, which spans amino acids 669-1210 of the human EGF receptor (EGFR).
