Why do you recommend optimal antibody dilutions for ChIP, ChIP-seq and CUT&RUN?

In ChIP, ChIP-seq, and CUT&RUN, the performance of an antibody depends on its sensitivity and activity. Antibody performance does not always increase with concentration; sometimes an antibody performs better at a lower concentration. That is why we sell these antibodies at different concentrations. We adjust the concentration of our antibodies between each lot to ensure optimal performance at our recommended dilution. If you would like to scale up your experiment, you should follow the suggested chromatin:antibody ratio.
