Custom Peptides and Controls

Peptides

Cell Signaling Technology (CST) offers off-the-shelf and custom-synthesized blocking peptides that can be used to evaluate the specificity of antibody reactivity in your assay. We also specialize in synthesis of high-quality custom AQUA peptides, including challenging sequences and unusual post-translational modifications.

IHC Control Slides

Making a confident assessment of positive or negative results requires synthesis of information from your staining, such as signal strength, background, and localization. Control slides are another valuable tool that can be used to assess the performance of staining reagents and IHC methods. Our custom IHC control slides contain a positive and a negative pellet of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) cells, and each set contains 5 slides.
